I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The room was fantastic with a better-sized shower cubicle and a lovely balcony overlooking the square. The air conditioning left much to be desired, but the overall experience was great. The location was perfectly in the center of Florence, making it convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience was enjoyable with quality products offered. However, there were some issues with the air conditioning, but the view from the balcony made up for it.
I absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were fab, with a lovely balcony overlooking the square, high wood panelled ceiling, a nice bathroom, and full of character. The service was top-notch, especially at the reception desk. The location couldn't have been better, perfectly in the center of Florence and within a 5-minute walk from the main train station. The dining experience was delightful with quality products, and the facilities were fantastic.
I couldn't have asked for a better location! My room had a lovely balcony overlooking the square with a fabulous view of the Basilica Santa Maria Novella. The air conditioning was a bit poor, but the nice bathroom made up for it.
